[mu SETUP] Creation of disk.

I am new to mulinux..I tried to superformat and make the boot+root+usr disk on a redhat box 6.0. but i keep geting a
 floppy0: data CRC error: track 2, head 1, sector 2 size 2 error

I am using a 1.4 disk

Could some please help me?
