First, I mischange Andrea with Andreoli, well... it doesn't matter now.
Anyway, the point is running muLinux only on floppies, meanwhile I can learn at least Linux Basis since I found some cool guides on Newbie.it (I'm referring to Appunti Linux and Linux Facile).
At this time I downloaded most of addons available and I tried to prepare a WKS diskette. To do this I followed this steps:
1) mount /dev/hda1 /mnt
2) fdformat /dev/fd0H1722
3) cat /mnt/mulinux/WKS.tgz > /dev/fd0H1722
That's right?
Well, then I managed to run something belonging to this addon as lynx but it didn't work.
There's a basic question behind: everytime I run Mu I have to load from floppies the addons I'd like to use?
When the initialization process is over there's a text showing up some commands like 'help' or 'setup', but they work only in maintenance mode and you have to access it just before login, morover this happens even if you press 'root' when the line '(none) login:' shows up. Finally I wasn't able to explore directories neither in maintenance mode, I tried to get /usr/wks/doc but it was unreacheable... I have a lot to learn I guess... in particular how to add an addon since I understood only a half of the explanation.
See ya,
Zaltar.
